It's been a long time again. Traveled to Europe and our own great mid-west, got ill, injured my back, finally back on track..............................

Ah yes, the election.

People ask me what I think of Obama, McCain, Hillary etc and I'm perplexed to answer.

It strikes me odd how the majority of the American public that I interact with have very short memories and endless "pie in the sky" optimism about our political process. Our MSM grooms us carefully to get excited about the election akin to the fervor at Super Bowl time. They are preparing us for a "very tight race" a "too close to call" finish.

No one is shouting from the roof tops " Hey! the 2000 elections were corrupted!" It was so blatantly fraudulent that it took a corrupt Supreme Court to judge the outcome.

There was plenty of lip service given to the need to fix the "chad" system, the register purges, and most importantly, to get oversight of the computer voting machines that are owned and operated by the same corporate lords that finance, support, and control our politicians.

Well NOTHING of substance happened.

To the contrary, the 2002, 2004, and 2006 "elections" were obvious refinements of the corrupt voting machine tabulation system.. Massive amounts of evidence of vote tampering. Whistle blowers came forward exposing the illegal tabulation techniques.

Yes, several states insisted on "paper trails" and a few counties actually have these regulations on the books now.

It is very little, very late.

Do you remember the "administration" (for lack of a better word) last year granting the big media and phone companies immunity from prosecution for anything having to do with violations of your privacy?

Well guess what, this was quickly done to cover the fact that ALL our electronic communications whether internet or phone is being monitored by the NSA, not to mention, the CIA, DIA, OICI, OIA, FBI, DEA, INR, TFI, and a host of smaller lesser know agencies.

Think about the ramifications of ALL phone line data being monitored and filtered by politically controlled agencies. Realize that all voting machine data is transmitted over phone lines.

This coming election will be an even more tightly controlled facade than the last three elections.

All the media drama over candidates, primaries, conventions and the election itself is carefully orchestrated puppet theater. It could not be further from a free, transparent, verifiable and democratic election than it is.

None of this is being addressed in the MSM for the simple reason that the MSM is controlled by the same folks that now control that indistinguishable maze referred to as the military-industrial-governmental complex.

The power and wealth is now so concentrated in this group that any government policies favoring citizens instead of corporations can be quickly stopped, hamstrung or eliminated.

Until we know the depth of the problem, how can we fix this?

We have about 6 months till the "election", to spread the word among our fellow citizens and politicians that this is an unacceptable situation that needs to be addressed.

Love & Peace,

The Semi-Daily Rantnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5735010782554359596.post-32886722539473395962008-02-14T17:09:00.004-06:002008-02-15T17:20:59.807-06:00Gold, Silver, the dollarHi dear ones, I've been away. Let's jump right into it. You have been utterly screwed, manipulated, and lied to when it comes to "money" or the common measure of wealth (gold & silver).

As mentioned in previous posts, the money system in this country has been systematically destroyed, for two reasons. It has been the mechanism for the greatest transfer of wealth from the common man to the elite while at the same time reducing the rights and power of that common man.

This is no accident or coincidence.

If your eyes glaze over with "oh god, more conspiracy talk", than you have been properly put to sleep and do not examine the evidence.

Any talk of "conspiracy" at this point is ludicrous. If you haven't figured out yet that what you hear on the TV or in the rest of the MSM (mainstream media) is utter lies designed to keep you confused and indifferent, than you are a sound asleep consumer, the kind that the TV has been breeding for decades.

When I was in the military going through Flight school we had an expression for not being present and paying enough attention. It was called "fat, dumb, and happy". This is not name calling to overweight people, this was a description of pilot candidates' inability to focus on ALL the forces surrounding our activity, (Flying helicopters). The point was, it will KILL you in a heartbeat.

Yes economic conditions do not have the immediacy and adrenaline of flying helicopters in combat zones, but they will kill you financially or worse just the same.

The mighty U.S. dollar has been destroyed. Yes, has been, It is already a done deal. The TV is going full bore in telling you outright lies such as an inflation rate of 4%.

Any shopper with an 8th grade math education can tell you that a loaf of bread that went for .99c 4 years ago and now goes for $2.79 has not had an annual inflation rate of 4-5%. Do the math. The real inflation rate is 12% plus. The unemployment rate is FAR beyond the official figures. Go check it out.

The "economic stimulus package" is a pathetic joke. In economic language, (study Von Mises) this is the "helicopter" move. Meaning just dump money out to the consumers, it will "stimulate" the economy.

This is a sick pathetic lie. A move of desperation as the system unwinds. THE problem with this system is DEBT. By increasing said debt to "stimulate" the economy is nothing less than using gasoline to put out a fire.

The paper dollar is in steep decline. It has been engineered to do this. This is not conspiracy talk, this is blatantly obvious fact to anyone willing to do a little reading of history and finance.

We have been broadsided and very badly damaged by a cartel of internationalists that have ZERO love or affection for this country.

This is not news people. This has been available knowledge for decades. It has been describes as fringe and conspiracy nonsense in the MSM and guess what? It worked. People are clueless.

That's what happens when you control the vast majority of information going out to people and lull them to sleep with mindless "entertainments" and other distractions at the same time.

You then have a window to change the laws of this once great country to suit your desires. And boy did they ever.

Start reading about the lost individual, political and economic rights that have taken place in this "land of the free, home of the brave" since 1960. It will stagger you.

I digress. People, buy gold and silver if you have any available funds at all. Before this meltdown of American currency runs it's course, you will see gold at $4,000+ an ounce and $100 an ounce silver.

These are conservative figures.

Again, we are going through a massive transfer of wealth, from the remaining middle class to the wealthy elite. They will have the real estate and most of the "money" when it is over. They will have the rest of us in semi slave feudal conditions. This is the plan.

I'm not making this stuff up. Just as Hitler wrote Mein Kampf to let everyone know what he was planning, the ruling elite of today have enough whistle blowers among them to clue the rest of us in as to what is on the agenda. It's not pretty.

Start researching! There is plenty available on the subject. We still have the internet available for the free transfer of knowledge and information. Stop thinking in labels. Liberal, conservative, christian, socialist, democrat, republican, these are all hot button words used to close your mind. They are labels, nothing more. Ideas can not be reduced to labels. Labels are used to separate us and keep us confused and distracted.

A friend suggested that I use more references and footnotes. I thought about it but No, do your own homework. The internet is nothing less than the library of congress at your finger tips. Do your own research. It is the only way you will probably come around to a different paradigm, when you have discovered it yourself.

There is no "economic stimulus package" folks. There is an unwinding financial destruction in place and there is no fast easy cure. Develop useful skills, get to know your neighbors.

Next time, Kill Your TV.

Love & Peace

The Semi-Daily Rantnoreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5735010782554359596.post-14890859510040320012008-02-08T15:32:00.001-06:002008-02-08T19:36:22.151-06:00The "Economy"What exactly is an "economy". I guess most people think of it as a big "thing" consisting of lots of individuals working together, more or less. How can we speak of a separate "thing" when discussing the work of many individuals?

We can't, we are mostly discussing is the state of the world of Finance.

Why is it that in the supposed greatest country in the world we get practically zero education on economics and it's origin, the world of Finance? Yes Finance, you remember, that subject we learned all about in High school and college, No?

With a double digit percentage of new high school grads unable to balance a check book or read beyond the 5th grade level, how, with that level of ignorance about finance, could we possibly create a great "economy"?

We can't and the real shapers of this economy like it that way.

The dumbing down process has been so rampant and all pervasive through education, television, film and the rest of the msm (main stream media) that it would require very gullible naiveté to think that this was accidental.

The most rudimentary basics of money, central banking, "federal" reserve, inflation, and fiat currency are presented as complex boring vague data that only an accountant could possibly be interested in and should be avoided by the general public.

That idea has been foisted on us from every angle for well over a hundred years with tremendous success through all channels of msm and education. In reality, these concepts are very simple to understand and are definitely not rocket science.

If 90% of Americans had a basic grasp of these simple subjects there would be a revolution in this country tomorrow.

We would understand how badly we have been duped and ripped off. Of course that's a bitter pill and many prefer to remain in the dark to having an uncomfortable paradigm shift.

For a fantastic book on this subject may I recommend G. Edward Griffin's "The Creature From Jekyll Island". No boring text book this. It is a riveting account of our American history over the last century, the key players, and what they managed to put together right under our noses.

This could only have been done with a consolidated and controlled press. Guess what? This was also the time that the press was consolidated and controlled by a handful of....you guessed it, bankers and Financiers.

It reads like a whodunit and it's packed with historical facts that you never got in school.

You will come away with a crystal clear understanding as to how wealth is "created", how every war since and including WWI has been a TOTAL premeditated creation by the same financial players.

Little wonder we never learned about these facts. Little wonder 95% of Americans think the Federal Reserve is some kind of Federal agency, working for our interest by bringing "stability" to the "economy".

It is nothing of the sort. It is the great criminal cabal that the founding fathers warned us about repeatedly.

The myth of organized crime presented in our cultural history as being Italian Mafia or Russian Crime syndicate etc. is meant to distract us from the real organized criminals, the players of the financial system which is central banking and "federal" reserve. They have stolen and control more wealth than all the worlds' mafia families put together have ever dreamt of.

Again, for a complete understanding of this statement and a great read, check out Griffins' book mentioned earlier.

We are in the last stage of the destruction of the money system in this country. Although the media is working overtime to convince us that the "economy" is just in a momentary "adjustment" and we may or may not have a recession.

Be forewarned, the greatest hardship since the depression is quickly approaching.

Many think it will be much worse than the great depression. As in previous times, increased war will be the cover for hiding the real reasons.

More consolidation of wealth and power. An even more traumatized populace that is willing to trade their precious rights for some "security". This "security" will be offered by the same people that have stolen their rights, wealth, and brought them more war.

For accurate honest information on current economical-political events let me recommend the writings of Mr. Bob Chapman and his International Forecaster website. A quick search will bring him up. He offers a free excerpt of his weekly newsletter. You can check his archives going back many years to see how consistently accurate this man has been. He has important information on how to protect yourself for the coming mess.

I am not in any way connected to the people/books I recommend here, I'm just passing on good information.

Knowledge is power, knowledge passed on is power multiplied.

Love & Peace.

The Semi-Daily Rantnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5735010782554359596.post-91604792573044697842008-02-05T08:18:00.000-06:002008-02-08T18:54:51.100-06:00The "Election" and the Iraq OccupationHeard several interesting things on our NPR radio news program at 6:30am on a saturday morning. You know, that really precious time slot where at least oh, half a percent of the populace is listening.

The first one was how the election campaigns are now mostly addressing the economy as the Iraq war has "moved off the front page". A few "statistics" were presented as evidence that the surge and our presence in general was finally "working".

A man with a heavy Middle Eastern accent came on to tell us that "please, we need the USA presence" and that "we Iraqis will try to get up to speed to be able to manage our own security".

The second item really tweaked my waning attention. It seems the White House is engaged in implementing a treaty which will be viewed as an "agreement" with the Iraqi government but not really a "treaty" as that would need congressional approval.

The "agreement" would be a formal request for the American military to remain in Iraq indefinitely by the present Iraqi "government". Out to 2035 and beyond. The interviewer asked if our next president would be able to nullify this agreement/treaty.

No was the answer, no president will go against a previous presidential "agreement" i.e. treaty.

So there it is people, we're not going anywhere.

I did not heard this info again in the mainstream media. Keep your ears open for this "news" story.

All the BS we hear about troop reductions, surges, withdrawal, timetables, security etc., it's all lies, meant to keep people thinking that there is still a political process in this country and that the will of the people actually figures into that.

The "election" is in so many words, puppet theater meant to keep the masses preoccupied and distracted. It will make zero difference to the policies of this corporatocracy. It makes no difference who runs and who votes as the office holders are for public display purposes only.

They have nothing to do with policy decisions. With all the brilliant and/or super wealthy people in high positions do you really think they would leave critically important decisions to buffoons like reagan, ford or the bushes? Those people have trouble reading their scripts from teleprompters. Puppet Theater.

Where is the outrage about the lack of oversight and accountability of our vote tabulation system? Why do we accept deeply connected republican corporations that control the vote tabulation? They keep us from oversight of their machines under the cover of "proprietary software".

President Carter, president of the international committee that monitors foreign elections said of our 2004 election, (I paraphrase) "it did not qualify as a free democratic verifiable election".

There is still no adequate paper trail, although California's promise of 33% paper ballots in the coming election is getting a lot of lip service. Our elections are a sham and a fraud.

Informed voices were telling us in 2003 that we were busy building 14 permanent military bases in Iraq. That number has since grown to 17. That is, permanent, as in not going anywhere.

Our Iraqi American embassy is a $1 BILLION dollar 100 acre fortress that is 10 times bigger than the entire UN complex in NYC. It is by far the largest "embassy" in the world, US or otherwise. It is the only construction project in Iraq that is on schedule.

It is crystal clear to the Iraqis' and always has been that we are building to stay for a very long time and that we have the real power in their country. We are not about to hand over 17 permanent bases and our monster embassy.

Much of Iraq is still without electricity or clean water on a regular basis. Poverty, disease, unemployment are rampant, thousands are dying every month, over a million have died, over a million have fled their homes. Most of the professional class has left. The country is a tragedy. We have done that. We have done that because we want their oil. Pure and simple.

ALL of the nonsense about freedom and democracy is a sick perverted outrageous lie. We have installed a puppet government that does nothing without our approval. They just signed away 85% of the national oil wealth to the American and English companies. A few other nations are involved as well. The Iraqi patriots are outraged.

The idiotic statement that we are providing security and will stand down when the Iraqis can stand up is pathetic. There will never be "security" in Iraq as long as thieving occupiers are there. Every Iraqi patriot wants them out and bring down the enabling collaborators.

210 journalist have been killed in Iraq since 2003. That staggering number EXCEEDS the total number of journalists killed in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War put together.

Odd, we cannot supply security for Journalists.

I think the message is clear, do not come here to report on what is going on unless you are approved and imbedded.

Tomorrow the Economy.

Love & Peace

The Semi-Daily Rantnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5735010782554359596.post-79496395852707009352008-02-03T15:07:00.000-06:002008-02-08T16:47:53.465-06:00Welcome to the Rant of the Day!Hey you stressed, strapped Citizens of the USA, welcome to the Rant of the Day, a regular feature on the "Read The Truth" blogsite!

Do we really need yet one more blog in this overflowing world of data you ask? YES, and YES again. Why you might ask...

Here you will find the truth as in unvarnished, without any agenda other than spreading the truth to my fellow citizens.

We are awash in propaganda to the point that many no longer have the ability to distinguish factual data from manipulative propaganda. This is understandable in our money worshipping culture as we are constantly being bombarded with commercial promotion i.e. advertising.

This manipulation through language unfortunately has spilled over into every area of life from education to organized religion to politics to entertainment.

My purpose will be to add all the truth I come across, the kind that is conspicuously absent from the mainstream media. OF COURSE there will be plenty of opinion from me as well, but I fully respect the intelligence of the reader to differentiate between that and what I present as facts.

Should I present something as fact which you feel is not completely correct than I ask you to please let me know...but do inform me in a civil polite way.

This blog may offend or even outrage some at times but that is not my purpose, please don't shoot the messenger.

I have had the great privilege to get rid of my television over 15 years ago and have anywhere from 4-8 hours per day to READ. This has been the greatest boon to mental health and understanding the world around us.

Yes, I know there are worthwhile things on the box, but it is a heavy drug, and the average household has this machine on close to 7 hours per day. The more one reads the more it's evident that the information coming through the box is very limited.

This coupled with the statistic that roughly 85% +/- of the population gets all their information about world events and history from the box and you have a recipe for disaster.

To say that we Americans are the most ill informed citizens in the western world about history, economics, current events, and politics would sadly be an understatement.

I'll be back tomorrow with more and specifics. Soon I will have a list of must read books and good info sites to link up to. If you don't have lots of time to read books, I offer my humble synopsis of those that I have.

Love & Peace.

The Semi-Daily Rantnoreply@blogger.com0
